Η συγγραφή των τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και απαιτήσεων έχει γίνει με μέριμνα ώστε ο Δήμος Κατερίνης να προμηθευτεί «state of the art» εξοπλισμό υψηλών προδιαγραφών, προερχόμενο από διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένους κατασκευαστές καλύπτοντας, καλύπτοντας για πολλά χρόνια την λειτουργία του Θεάτρου.
