Summary
The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide software development and related resources to design, develop and implement changes to the HPRA’s Enterprise application EOLAS and interconnected applications. The scope of the framework agreement includes an initial engagement and contract to develop changes to EOLAS to complete the onboarding of the Medical Devices department. It is the HPRA’s intention that this work would kick off immediately on award of the framework agreement. The scope of this framework agreement also includes a number of subsequent projects which aim to improve and expand the functionality to enable improved quality and responsiveness to stakeholders, and a more efficient and effective use of HPRA resources. An additional objective is to enable the retirement of a number of remaining legacy case management systems. Subsequent projects would be subject to their own individual call off contracts.
