Tender summary

The County of San Mateo is seeking quotations for the furniture and delivery of the items identified in this RFQ. Vendors must complete the Pricing Bid Table in Section 3 and upload a competitive quotation that includes accurate lead times, as well as all applicable freight, delivery, and related charges for the listed items. Quotations will be evaluated based on cost, conformance to specifications, and product availability. Following evaluation, the County anticipates issuing a purchase order to the lowest responsive quotation submitted by a qualified, responsible vendor. The awarded vendor will be responsible for delivering all requested materials from the County loading dock to the designated on-site delivery location. The delivery point is approximately 150 yards from the loading dock. Basic assembly will be required, such as bolting table tops to the table bases. Nothing will require being bolted to the ground or walls. Disposing of all packaging materials, including pallets will also be required. The vendor will also be required to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) while performing delivery services on County property.
