The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is soliciting proposals to conduct a federally required, statewide evaluation of the Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program. The evaluation will examine the impact of the 21st CCLC grant program in Texas on student outcomes, report on federally required Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and state SMART goal performance metrics, assess sustainability planning and the implementation of sustainability strategies among current and former grantees, and include a comprehensive literature review on the impact of afterschool programming on student outcomes.
