Las presentes Bases, buscan generar instancias que permitan a la comunidad rancagüina participar de una actividad recreativa y familiar denominada “SERVICIO DE PRODUCCIÓN INVIERNO VIVO”. El servicio contratado corresponde a la planificación y/o ejecución integral del evento, debiendo el proveedor dar cumplimiento a toda la normativa vigente aplicable a eventos masivos, incluyendo disposiciones de seguridad, sanitarias, eléctricas y de orden público, siendo de su responsabilidad la obtención de permisos y autorizaciones sectoriales.
