Introduction Country: Trinidad and Tobago Description of the Assignment: To develop an Internal Plea Agreement Policy, Standard Operating Procedure, and Capacity Building Programme for the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP), Trinidad and Tobago.
