Maintenance Service Explanation (If Applicable): The Government&#39;s minimum maintenance and repair response times are outlined in PWS Section 4.2. If the quoter&#39;s standard commercial maintenance policy differs from the PWS (e.g., different response times, different procedures for replacement units), the quoter must submit a brief written explanation of their standard commercial maintenance terms.
