<p>The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), Yazoo City, MS is issuing this solicitation for the acquisition of <strong>training ammunition. </strong></p> <ul> <li>Quotations must be submitted in accordance with the specifications and terms included herein</li> <li>The Government reserves the right to accept other than the lowest priced offer</li> <li>All bids must be completed on the provided on your company bid/quote sheet with <strong>no alterations</strong> to the line items - no handwritten bids/quotes</li> <li><strong>Registration:</strong> Each offeror is required to be registered in <strong>SAM.gov</strong> with complete representations and certifications at the time of quotation</li> <li><strong>Method:</strong> Email all completed bids/quotes to <strong>c3tate@bop.gov</strong> only. Failure to do so will deem the bid unacceptable</li> <li><strong>Pricing:</strong> Include shipping in all pricing</li> <li><strong>Evaluation:</strong> The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered most advantageous. <strong>Past performance</strong> will be considered approximately equal in value to <strong>price.</strong></li> <li><strong>Condition:</strong> All ammunition must be new manufacture. Remanufactured or "reloads" will not be accepted.</li> <li><strong>Packaging:</strong> Standard commercial packaging.
