<p>The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ is requesting information pertaining to the procurement of FIBER OPTIC CONNECTOR REPAIR, P/N: 4091AS0168-1, FIBER OPTIC INSERTION LOSS TEST SET P/N: 4091AS0166-1, and FIBER OPTIC INSPECT AND CLEAN TEST SET P/N: 4091AS0270-1 in support of the United States Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).</p> <p>This Request for Information (RFI) notice is to solicit comments, questions and feedback from industry to meet the general requirements described above.</p> <p>All interested businesses are encouraged to respond and should provide information that includes previous efforts and related data to Alexis Kelly, alexis.r.kelly.civ@us.navy.mil, no later than the response deadline specified below.&nbsp; All information should reference this RFI number on the subject response line of the emailed response as well as on all enclosed documents.&nbsp; Responses must include the company name, address, CAGE code, point of contact name and email/phone, and company business size.&nbsp; Respondents may provide Rough Orders of Magnitude on any currently available product or company capabilities that will meet the Navy&#39;s requirements.&nbsp; Any comments provided may or may not be included in a formal solicitation.</p> <p>THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE AVAILABLE.&nbsp; This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute as a solicitation.&nbsp; It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible vendors capable of providing the attached list of PSE.&nbsp; The Government is not committed nor obligated to pay for the information provided, and no basis for claims against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this request for information.&nbsp; In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.&nbsp; All data received in response to this RFI, marked or designated as corporate or proprietary, will be fully protected from release outside the Government.&nbsp; Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.&nbsp; Failure to respond to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future associated Request For Proposal that may be issued.&nbsp; If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the SAM website: www.sam.gov.&nbsp; It is the potential offeror&#39;s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any follow-on information.&nbsp; It is anticipated that any procurement that may result from this RFI will have a significantly compressed scheduled for contract completion.</p> <p>All responses should be received no later than 10:00 AM EST, 14 May 2026.
