The small business size standard is $12.5m in average annual receipts or less.</p> <p>We are asking offerors to submit quotes consisting of a job lot price for two (2) preventative maintenance/safety inspection services per year for the seven heavy equipment units (six forklifts and one electric street sweeper) listed in the Statement of Work; and standard labor rates for repair work needed after inspections. Pricing should include base + option years.
