Summary
It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC), located in The Hague, Netherlands, will shortly issue a solicitation for the provision of consultancy services in support of the Office of Internal Audit (OIA). As part of its 2026 audit plan, the OIA intends to engage an external consultant to conduct an audit of Data Security and Confidential Information Protection. In this context, the ICC invites expressions of interest from qualified and experienced firms. Service Description This engagement responds to the organization’s exposure to risks related to: Unauthorised access to sensitive information Data breaches, cyber threats, and cybersecurity risks Insufficient protection of confidential and personal data In this context, the objective of the engagement is to obtain specialised expertise to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of controls and practices in place to safeguard sensitive and confidential information, and to support OIA in delivering independent assurance on this area.
