Accessing the Negotiation (Submission) Once your account is activated, you must log in to access the "Negotiation" Cloud Sign In corresponding to reference number RFP 2762. Please note that account activation requires technical validation and may take some time. The "Negotiation" space is the only platform where you can post clarification questions and upload your technical and financial envelopes.
