Tender summary
UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit their bids for: Hygiene and cleaning supplies, to be delivered and unloaded at multiple locations across Moldova, as per the detailed description provided in Annex B to the ITB Document. Bidders are invited to submit their proposals by email at chisinautenders@unicef.org , with ITB number LITB-2026-9203484 in the email subject line. Application deadline: 14.05.2026, 23:59 (EEST). Partial offers are accepted, provided that at least one full line is offered. Quotations must include product brand names, detailed descriptions, packaging details, and product pictures. Submission Requirements: Bids must include the Signed Bid and Declaration Form (pages 3–5) and the Price Proposal Form (Annex B). Bid Validity: Bids must be valid for at least one hundred and twenty (120) days after the Submission Deadline. Pricing & Payment: Prices must be quoted excluding VAT. Payments may be processed after each completed delivery round and acceptance of the delivered goods, within 30 days after receipt of invoice. Delivery Term (Incoterms 2020): The goods shall be supplied DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) to final delivery destinations in Moldova. The Supplier is responsible for transportation, delivery, and unloading at 15 designated beneficiary locations. Delivery Schedule: Deliveries shall be made in three batches as follows: Delivery 1 – May 2026 Delivery 2 – July 2026 Delivery 3 – October 2026 Delivery Documentation: The Supplier shall issue a detailed Packing List and invoice for each delivery batch. Bidders are required to submit any questions in respect of this Solicitation Document by email to Radu Bradescu at rbradescu@unicef.org. The deadline for receipt of any questions is 12.05.2026, 17:00 EEST.
