Summary
<p>The contractor shall furnish all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform massage therapy services on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Langley Air Force Base (LAFB), Virginia (VA) in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service to JBLE patrons.
