All guests require access to free in-room Wi-Fi, a business center with computer and printer access, and a suitable lounge area for networking.</li> </ol> </li> <li>Meeting Space: <ol> <li>A private meeting room to accommodate 75 attendees with chair-only seating.</li> <li>Date/Time:&nbsp;Monday, 22 June 2026, from 0900 to 1000 (1 hour).</li> </ol> </li> <li>Location &amp; Transportation: <ol> <li>The property must be located within a 15-minute drive of the Duane Cassidy Conference Center on Scott Air Force Base, IL.</li> <li>It should be within a &frac14;-mile walking distance of various food and shopping venues, or alternatively, provide a complimentary shuttle service for all guests.</li> <li>The property must have sufficient space to accommodate a 44-passenger bus for daily pick-up and drop-off.</li> </ol> </li> <li>Billing: <ol> <li>All rooms will be paid for via a single government contract. Guests will not be required to provide personal credit cards at check-in. The contract will cover nightly room charges and applicable taxes only.</li> </ol> </li> </ol> <p>III.
