Includes software and upgrades (if Applicable), removal and disposal of existing OCTA equipment, installation, calibration, warranty, documentation, 24/7 support (if applicable), on-site training, optional service contract coverage, and HER/PACS integration. Includes compliance with manufacturer specifications, safety and HIPAA requirements, and all labor, material, and equipment, and transportation necessary for full delivery and installation.</p> <p>Performance Period: Date of award through one year of contract. The performance period includes delivery, removal of existing equipment, installation, testing, and final acceptance.
