Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet les prestations de travaux de réhabilitation ou rénovation, ou réutilisation de bâtiments. L'accord-cadre est exécuté en partie par des marchés subséquents. Au sens du présent accord-cadre, la notion de réhabilitation correspond à une remise en état profonde d'un ouvrage ancien (modification importante des volumes ou des façades, redistribution importante des espaces...), pouvant être accompagnée de petites extensions. La notion de réutilisation couverte par l'accord-cadre correspond à toute opération de réhabilitation lourde dans laquelle le bâtiment concerné changera d'usage. Au titre d'une opération, l'Acheteur pourra demander l'exécution des études de diagnostic et/ou des missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre en réhabilitation.
