The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. The Pipeline Design Division (PDD) is responsible for managing the planning, design, and permitting efforts associated with the rehabilitation, replacement, relocation, and asset protection of the Commission’s (WSSC Water) existing water and sewer pipeline infrastructure. PDD provides the planning and design services to support the WSSC Water’s reconstruction program goals through the revitalization of buried assets to enhance the level of service to the community and to protect the environment; while also ensuring the necessary water and sewer protection requirements or relocation needs associated with road improvement projects initiated by the state, counties, or municipalities and any other utility work impacting the Commission’s assets are properly defined and designed in compliance with WSSC Water’s codes, standards, and related guidelines.
