The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for the Damascus Town Center Wastewater Pumping Station. The proposed 0.42-MGD Damascus Town Center Wastewater Pump Station project includes demolition of the existing WWPS and generator room; construction of a new wet well and valve-vault–style pump station; construction of a new electrical and control building with associated electrical, controls, plumbing, and HVAC systems; and site improvements including grading, paving, fencing and gates, landscaping, and stormwater best management practices. The project also includes construction of associated gravity sewer, low-pressure sewer force main, and water main improvements, along with related appurtenances, to convey wastewater to the proposed pump station and pump sewage from the site into the collection system.
