Do not attempt to submit a bid via eVA as we use eVA for advertising only. The Town also utilizes OpenGov Procurement for notification, distribution and upload of solicitation documents (bids/proposals). Bids shall be submitted electronically via the Town of Vienna's eProcurement Portal (OpenGov). We do not accept hard copy paper responses which may be listed on other websites. To register your business as a vendor with the Town of Vienna, look for the green button that says “Subscribe” NOTE: if you subscribe to the Town of Vienna as a vendor, be sure to select your "category/commodity" codes for the type of product or services that you provide. NO BID MAY BE WITHDRAWN FOR A PERIOD OF SIXTY (60) DAYS SUBSEQUENT TO THE DATE OF THE BID OPENING. Any bid may be withdrawn PRIOR to the scheduled time for bid opening or authorized postponement thereof.
