Tender summary
OCTA is seeking consultant support services to conduct call for projects review processes on its behalf. These efforts will primarily consist of determining M2 eligibility of applications received, reviewing applications for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with M2 CTFP guidelines, requirements and scoring criteria. Additional efforts will include verification and quantitative analysis of information provided by local agencies, significant interaction and coordination with local agencies (and OCTA staff), and developing and finalizing programming recommendations for OCTA Technical Steering Committee (TSC), Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), and Board consideration.
