Tender summary

The San Mateo County Sheriff's Office is seeking quotations for: House Cleaning Services at our commuter house located on Paul Scannell Drive in San Mateo. Potential vendors will complete weekly house cleaning services at the commuter house. The weekly services will need to be consistent with respect to day of the week and approximate time. The services include the following: Vacuum carpets Clean/mop wood/tile floors Dust/wipe down hard surfaces Clean kitchen appliances, bathtubs and shower stalls, toilets, sinks and all sink fixtures Empty interior trash containers and replace liners as needed Restock supplies such as soap, towels, and toilet paper (supplied by the Sheriff's Office) Cleaning supply's and equipment will be provided by the selected contractor. The contractor shall notify the Sheriff's Office when supplies are low. Additional cleaning services/tasks may be requested by the Sheriff's Office and must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
