The existing contract is set to expire, and the Sheriff's Office is preparing to issue a Request for Proposals to maintain, enhance and improve the current website. The selected vendor will provide technical assistance for routine content updates, investigate and provide solutions to potential issues affecting the performance of the sites, broken links, update security patches, core module updates, provide information regarding the site structure, database, etc. The contract also includes charges for hosting the “smc-inmatelocator.org” website. The contract will be for a 36-month/three (3) year term, subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funding.
