The Frederick County Public Safety Training Facility SWM Pond and Stream Retrofit– consists of, but not limited to, replacing the existing C.M.P. riser structure and riprap emergency spillway with a cast-in-place riser and spillway. Work will also include construction to the pond to make it MD-378 compliant. Additionally, two degraded channels directly upstream, flowing into the pond, will be restored.
