Tender summary
This project is Phase I of a larger project and must be completed by August 7, 2026. We are converting a virtual welding lab into a new Art Room. Many of the cabinets from the old art room will be reused in this project. The work in this phase consists of electrical, mechanical, carpentry, flooring and interior painting. Going forward the two former art rooms will be conbined and converted into one state of the art welding lab with the design help of Lincoln Electric and will be bid in the near future. The Davis Bacon Act wages and certified payroll are required for this project.
