The City is seeking a responsible and qualified consultant to provide comprehensive brokerage and consulting services for the City's employee insurance benefits program. Term shall be for one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods. Services are expected to include, but are not limited to, the strategic design, implementation, evaluation, administration and ongoing maintenance of the employee benefit plans.
