The selected Consultant will serve as the District’s primary construction compliance representative and will verify that all work is performed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, structural calculations, and applicable codes and standards. The selected Consultant will work in coordination with and under the general direction of the City and the District's assigned Project Manager.
