Tender summary
The City of Tucson is seeking proposals from qualified offerors for Custodial and Floor Maintenance Services at various locations on an as needed, if needed basis. The City's intent is to develop a Qualified Vendor List (hereinafter referred to as the "QVL") for Commercial Custodial Services. The QVL will be used to solicit general custodial services and specialized custodial services relating to floor care for City departments in accordance with the provisions, specifications, and instructions as stated in this solicitation. The City makes no guarantee that contractors on the QVL will receive work. Some facilities may be LEED Certified and would need to be maintained in accordance with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Standards; details will be provided within the scope of work for any applicable individual location. The contract will be utilized by, but not limited to, Department of Transportation and Mobility (DTM), Housing and Community Development (HCD), Environmental Services Department (ES) General Services Department (GSD), and Parks and Recreation Department (PR). Residential stock under the administration of HCD will not be covered by this contract.
