Tender summary
This RFQ will remain open for the duration of the solicitation period. Vendors may submit responses at any time during the open RFQ period. Submittals will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, and vendors may be evaluated and awarded qualification at any time during the solicitation period. The City administers programs that provide funding to eligible homeowners for home rehabilitation projects. To support these programs, the City is establishing a pool of qualified roofing, plumbing, and general contractors (“Vendors”) eligible to bid on City-funded homeowner projects. This is the fifth solicitation issued to expand the pool, particularly for plumbers. Once selected by a homeowner, a contractor will enter into a Rehabilitation Agreement directly with the homeowner to complete the approved work. These programs include, but are not limited to, the Affordable Single-Family Homeownership Program, the Affordable Single-Family Residential Facade Improvement Program, and other similar programs established by the City (collectively, the “Program”).
