Tender summary
The work consists of mobilization and demobilization; public posting and notification; traffic regulation and construction area signs; changeable message signs (CMS); clearing, grubbing, and environmental protection; HMA base repairs; roadway unsuitable subgrade over-excavation (if required); Gap-Mastic B crack sealing; and Caltrans Type 3 crack sealing; site clean-up and removal of any remaining construction materials or debris, sweeping, removal of any and all traffic regulation and construction area signs; and removal of all environmental protection in South San Francisco, CA. A detailed scope of work is included in the bid documents. The Contractor shall be responsible to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, incidentals and services necessary to complete all the work as specified and in accordance with the plans and specifications for the 2026 Pavement Repair and Crack Seal project. At the time of contract award, the successful Bidder must be legally entitled to perform contracts requiring a Class C-12 (Earthwork and Paving) or Class A Contractor's license. Any Bidder or contractor not so licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law including, but not limited to, any appropriate disciplinary action by the Contractors' State License Board. The engineer’s estimate for this work is $880,366.00
