Tender summary
The City of Papillion is soliciting proposals for the selection of the most qualified servicer to provide Facility Janitorial Services as defined in the RFP. Servicer will provide cleaning services for multiple City Departments. The City will execute a three (3) year contract term with possible extension of 2 (two)- 1 (one) year terms. Pricing will be negotiated 90 days prior to term end date. The City will have the sole discretion to cancel the contract at any time providing the contractor a 60-day notice.
