Tender summary

The City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for dredging services. The selected Contractor, either through in-house staff or outside consultants/contractors, will serve as a construction manager and provide all services necessary for the completion of project(s) on an as needed basis. The city makes no covenant or promises as to the number of available projects or that the firm(s) will perform any project for the city during the life of the contract. The contract does not authorize the performance of any work or require the city to place orders for work. If made, the recommendation of award will be made to the best overall Proposer whose proposal is most advantageous to the City. During this period, the City shall reserve the right to seek qualifications and/or proposals from other individuals or firms for specialized projects, as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
