Additional work includes the installation of associated utilities, including electrical service with all required components and controls, lighting, and a potable water connection to support facility operations. All construction activities shall be performed in accordance with applicable local, state and federal regulations, codes, and standards. The project has obtained all required environmental permits from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Funding for the project is provided by the Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND). Contractors shall comply with all permit conditions and funding requirements throughout the duration of the project. All required documents shall be completed and submitted through the City's eProcurement Portal.
