Contractor shall furnish and install all materials, labor, construction equipment, and supervision required to construct one (1) 34.5kV Switchgear building weather-tight, with all associated foundation, doors, roofing, lighting, receptacles, HVAC, drainage piping, building grounding, etc., in accordance with this specification, the attached drawings and Purchaser’s schedule including all testing of the building lighting, receptacle and HVAC systems installed by Contractor as required to turn over to the Purchaser as “ready for occupancy” so that Purchaser may proceed with Purchaser’s installation of the 34.kV switchgear and other associated equipment.
