The selected Vendor will be responsible for the delivery, installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of approximately 95 Multifunctional Printers (MFPs) across multiple municipal facilities. The Vendor must provide comprehensive Managed Print Services (MPS), including all maintenance, repairs, parts, and consumable supplies (excluding paper), billed on a Cost-Per-Copy (CPC) basis. Furthermore, the City expects competitive responses to offer additional, deeper discounts extending beyond the standard ceiling pricing established in the Vendor's respective cooperative contract.
