Tender summary
COTA is seeking experienced consulting support to assist with the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of marketing and community engagement events. The selected contractor will work collaboratively with COTA’s Marketing Department to support event logistics, outreach, and promotional activities while ensuring alignment with COTA’s branding and strategic goals. Responsibilities include project coordination, development of event timelines and support plans, stakeholder coordination, and assistance with event-day execution.
