The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (“Air District”) is creating an Assembly Bill 617 (AB 617) Community Emissions Reduction Plan (CERP) for the Bayview Hunters Point/Southeast San Francisco region. The Air District seeks quotes for production support of the CERP.
