Summary
Alameda Municipal Power (AMP) is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance services for our facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for the regular inspection, maintenance, repair, and emergency services of our elevator to ensure their safe and efficient operation. This contract will cover one elevator located at AMP's administrative buildings. RFP instructions for bidding: Review materials below. Specify pricing in terms of quarterly inspection and maintenance, annual costs, hourly costs for on-call services, and hourly costs for emergency responses.
