Tender summary
Katy Independent School District (“Katy ISD” or the “District”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the procurement of Restaurant Catering, Delivery and Mobile Food Services , in accordance with Texas Education Code § 44.031(a)(3). For information regarding the RFP process, contact the Purchasing Department at (281) 396-6260. This is a supplemental solicitation which allows the District to award additional qualified vendors during the contract term. The term for vendors awarded from this supplemental will start on their award date and continue through March 28, 2027 , with the option to renew annually for up to an additional three (3) years , provided any subsequent renewal is agreed to in writing by both parties.
