Tender summary
Per TGC 2269 and 437.054, the Texas Military Department isseeking bids for a project that will consist of providing and installing a supplemental HVAC system to ensure classrooms maintain satisfactory temperatures when occupied. The facility is located at 5611 FM 45, Brownwood, TX 76801 BLDG. 28. The Contractor shall supply all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work under the contract. Vendors MUST attend one (1) of the two (2) MANDATORY site visits at 5611 FM 45, Brownwood, TX 76801 BLDG. 28 at 10:00 A.M.OR 1:00 P.M. CST, Wednesday, May 27, 2026. Failure to attend one of the two(2) site visits will result in disqualification of the response . There will be no technical questions answered at this conference. Competitive sealed bids for TMD26-CFMO-0044411 Camp Bowie RC Classroom HVAC will be received by TMD until 11:00 AM CST, June 23, 2026, at Camp Mabry, Building 37, Austin, Texas 78703. ***Addendum 1 - 6/16/2026
