This project consists of removal of existing buildings and construction of a new office and shop building, plus related earthwork, paving and site utilities, and incidental work as required by the Plans and/or the DNR Construction Inspector. The new building work includes concrete slab floors and foundations, wood framing (stud walls and manufactured roof truss), exterior sheet metal cladding (walls, roof and soffits), gutters and downspouts, insulation (blown-in and batt types), composite windows, doors and frames (hollow metal, wood and overhead sectional types), Interior finishes (drywall, acoustical ceilings and painting), casework (cabinets and countertops), toilet room accessories, Shop heating and ventilation, Office HVAC, plumbing (water, waste and gas piping, and fixtures), electrical power and lighting, communication cabling, and fire alarm and detection systems.
