Sealed Bids for the construction of the STORM DRAINAGE & STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVETHE JOHNSON STREET, GARNETT STREET, & RUBY STREET AREA, STILL WATERS ENGINEERING PROJECT NO.: B1519.007 will be received, by the City of Boston, at Boston City Hall ¿ 124 Jefferson Street, Boston, GA 31626, until 10:30 am local time on March 19, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of +/- 3200 LF of assorted storm drainage piping ranging from 18¿-30¿, +/- 5600 LF of 24¿ curb and gutter, +/- 30 storm drainage drop inlets, and +/- 440 TONS of 1.25¿ 9.5 mm Superpave Asphalt. The City of Boston is committed to Affirmatively Further Fair Housing. This project is funded in part by a Community Development Block Grant. The work to be performed under this contract is under a program providing direct Federal financial assistance from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701 U . This agreement is for services related to the project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (¿IIJA¿), Pub.
