Public Meeting Notices and Meeting Agendas: Notice of the public meetings scheduled for this solicitation is provided in the timeline of the attached solicitation, with agendas for the public meetings. A MANDATORY Site Visit will be held at the date, time and location in the Timeline. The purpose of this site visit is to allow each vendor to fully acquaint themselves with the conditions which may in any manner affect the work to be done or the equipment, materials and labor required to perform the services required under the conditions of this bid. Ignorance of the conditions or requirements will not relieve the Vendor from their liability and obligation under the contract. Any changes and/or resulting Addenda to the ITB will be the sole prerogative of the Department. Attendance at this site visit is MANDATORY . Failure by a bidder to arrive timely at the first location as identified within Introduction Section 2: Timeline, attend or be represented at this site visit will constitute a non-responsive determination of their bid package.
