RFP W-2026-11 Raymond Ambler House - Landscape Services will be advertised on Thursday April 23, 2026 at 10:00am. The Town is seeking Landscape Architects licensed in the State of CT to provide landscape design and contract documents services for the renovation of the Raymond Ambler House located at 257 Hurlbutt Road, Wilton CT 06897. The farm is open to the public, therefore a walk through will only be scheduled if requested by potential design professionals. Question may be submitted to Jeff Pardo, Assistant Director of Public Works via email jeff.pardo@wiltonct.gov up until Friday May 8, 2026 at 4:oopm. Sealed proposals are to be delivered to the Office of the First Selectman, 238 Danbury Road, Wilton CT 06897 no later than Thursday May 14, 2026 at 2:00pm. The documents can be obtained by visiting the Town's website https://www.wiltonct.gov/bids, slect the appropriate project and it is necessary to subscirbe in order to obatin the documents.
