Request for Expression of Interest Procurement Specialist for SEAFS Country: Syrian Arab Republic Project: Syria Public Financial Management Capacity Strengthening Project. Grant No.: P512516 Assignment Title: Procurement Specialist to provide procurement support to SEAFS Reference No.: SY-MOF-547082-CS-INDV The Syrian Ministry of Finance has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the above‑referenced project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for hiring a procurement specialist to provide procurement support to the Syria External Assistance Fiduciary Section (SEAFS)to be established under the Project. Interested applicant who meets the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services based on the Terms and References (TOR) will be selected. The TOR may be requested from the address below or can be downloaded from: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Znudzo0_0NzErdOyfHtSQduYNpdZ2hHn/view?usp=sharing The Individual Consultant will be selected through a competitive process based on qualifications and experience and in accordance with the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”). Interested applicants may submit their Expressions of Interest in the form of cover letter, accompanied by a CV and supporting documents demonstrating the required qualifications and relevant experience (including 3 professional references), via email to the address mentioned below by Deadline 25 May 2026 at the latest.
