<p>The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Norfolk, Virginia is seeking information on qualified sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive one contract to provide tailored training services with a curriculum derived from submarine tactical operations in support to CNMOC’s Community of Interest in accordance with the <strong>draft</strong> Performance Work Statement (PWS).
