It is the government?s intention and in the best interest of the government, based on the information provided from market research, to solicit this requirement as a small business HUBZone designated set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.1305. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 541519 and the Small Business Size Standard is $34.0 in millions of dollars. The anticipated contract type is firm fixed price to provide 300 Adobe Acrobat Professional Software Licenses for Navy Personnel Command.
