Attachment 5 - PEL Revisions (Amendment 0005)<br /> * Section I: Clarifications &ndash; Provides clarifications based on vendor questions regarding TAA compliance, alternate item submissions, and details the specific items removed from the Price Evaluation List (PEL).<br /> * Section II: Instructions for Price Submission &ndash;Contains updated pricing instructions and introduces the newly revised pricing spreadsheet: Attachment 1 - Price Evaluation Book (Amendment 0005).xlsx.</p> <p><br /> 2. Proposal Submission Deadline (No Change): The proposal submission deadline is not extended by this amendment. The deadline remains May 5, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. EST, as previously established in Amendment 0004.</p> <p><br /> 3. Revised Pricing Submission : The official pricing spreadsheet is hereby replaced with Attachment 1 - Price Evaluation Book (Amendment 0005).xlsx. The Price Evaluation List (PEL) is now reduced from 75 to 72 items, and the quantities for Line 1 have been corrected to reflect package counts. The following instructions are mandatory:<br /> * Submission Tab: Offerors shall use the worksheet tab titled &quot;PEL AMENDMENT 0005&quot; for all price submissions.<br /> * Reference Tabs: The original &quot;Price Evaluation List (PEL)&quot; and &quot;PEL Amendment 0003&quot; tabs are for reference only and shall not be used.<br /> * Completeness Requirement: To be considered technically acceptable, proposals must include a price for all 72 items on the &quot;PEL AMENDMENT 0005&quot; tab, unless an acceptable alternative item is provided.</p> <p><br /> 4.
