<p>Small business organizations to provide a capability statement (cap. statement) that demonstrate their capability to perform the requirements as described in the draft Statement of Work (SOW).&nbsp; Key Tasks include:</p> <p><strong>1. CCDF&nbsp;Subject Matter Expertise and Content Technical</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Assistance (TA)</strong>&nbsp;- subject matter experts available to deliver TA related to requirements of the CCDF program including&nbsp;Strengthening Child Care Business Practices,&nbsp;Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Response and Recovery (EPDRR),&nbsp; Consumer Education and ChildCare.gov Content Management,&nbsp;Infant/Toddler and School-Age Child Care, Health, Safety and Licensing, and Supports for the&nbsp;Child Care&nbsp;Workforce.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>2.
