<p>This solicitation is for the purchase and installation of a complete video surveillance system at building 848, Cannon Air Force Base, Clovis, NM.</p> <p>The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to furnish and install a fully operational system.</p> <p>The system shall include, at a minimum:</p> <ul> <li>One (1) Network Video Recorder (NVR) system with associated components capable of storing a minimum of 30-day video retention.</li> <li>Six (6) 4K dome cameras installed throughout the facility.</li> <li>Two (2) 8MP Fisheye cameras (One at the generator OPS room exterior and one at the door of room 114, OSA entrance.</li> <li>Three (3) 4K multi-head exterior cameras providing full coverage of surrounding areas.</li> <li>One (1) workstation including monitor(s), PoE switches, UPS, and rack-mounted equipment.</li> </ul> <p>The contractor shall provide all required infrastructure, including but not limited to Cat6 cabling, conduit, mounting hardware, junction boxes, and any ancillary materials necessary for a complete and functional system.</p> <p>Camera placement and system configuration shall ensure full coverage of designated areas with no blind spots and shall be coordinated with the Government prior to installation.</p> <p>All equipment shall be new, commercially available, and shall meet or exceed the stated requirements (brand name or equal).</p> <p><strong><em>***Offerors shall submit a bill of materials identifying manufacturer and model number for all proposed equipment that is being installed***</em></strong></p> <p></p> <p><strong>System Requirements (Revised-Standalone System)</strong></p> <p>The system shall be a standalone video surveillance system and shall not require connection to any Government network.</p> <ul> <li>System shall operate on a local, closed network only.</li> <li>The system shall not include or enable Wi-Fi capability, remote access functionality, cloud-based services, or any external data transmission.</li> <li>All video storage and management shall be locally hosted on the NVR system.</li> <li>The system shall not require manufacturer cloud accounts, remote access subscriptions, or external data transmission for full functionality.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Security / Access Requirements</strong></p> <p>Contractor personnel will be required to access controlled areas on a Department of the Air Force installation.</p> <ul> <li>Contractor personnel shall comply will all installation access, escort, and security requirements.</li> <li>Personnel shall not receive unescorted access unless specifically authorized by the Government.</li> <li>Background check will be required for installation access.</li> </ul> <p>Offers shall submit a list of personnel (full name) anticipated to attend the site visit no later than <u><strong>Friday, 3 April at 1400 MDT.</strong></u></p> <p><strong>Note:</strong> Additional personally identifiable information (PII), to include SSN and/or date of birth, required for installation access vetting will be coordinated and submitted through secure Government-approved methods after award or as otherwise directed by the Government.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Site Visit</strong></p> <p>A site visit is strongly encouraged to verify existing conditions and system requirements.</p> <ul> <li>Date: <u><strong>Thursday, 9 April 2026</strong></u></li> <li>Time: 1300 MDT</li> <li>Location: Cannon Air Force Base (Specific meeting location will be provided upon coordination)</li> </ul> <p>Failure to attend the site visit will not relieve the contractor from responsibility for accurately estimating the effort, equipment, and products required to perform the work.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Submission Requirements</strong></p> <p>&nbsp; All questions must be submitted no later than:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong><u>Tuesday, 28 April at 1200 MDT</u></strong></li> </ul> <p>All quotes shall be submitted no later than:</p> <ul> <li><u><strong>Friday, 1 May at 1200 MDT</strong></u></li> </ul> <p>Late submissions may not be considered</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Section 889 Compliance</strong></p> <p>Contractor will comply with FAR 52.204-24 and 42.204-25. &nbsp;The contractor shall not provide any covered telecommunications or video surveillance equipment or services as defined by these provisions.</p> Solicitation Number: FA485526Q0101 Type: Solicitation Base Type: Solicitation NAICS: 334310 Classification Code: 6350 Response Deadline: 2026-05-01T12:00:00-06:00 Office Address: CANNON AFB, NM Place of Performance: Cannon AFB, New Mexico, 88103 POC: John Ambrus, john.ambrus.2@us.af.mil, 575-784-6615 POC: Peter Iannuzzo, peter.iannuzzo@us.af.mil, 5757842815
